Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients. Undergo continuous training in strategic selling skills, product technical knowledge, and participate in periodic training sessions in the United States. Prerequisites / Requirements: Proven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products. Strong aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts. Aggressive, dynamic, and confident with excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Strong presentation skills, able to address both small and large groups effectively. Clear understanding of the sales process with the motivation to learn advanced strategic selling skills from global experts. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of sales engineers and distributor representatives.
