Responsibilities: Play a key role in the development of new UIs for Compliance workflows Translate specifications / diagrams / workflows built in Figma/UI templating tools to React framework pages Build support for Single SPA / Micro frontend components into our existing framework Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code Participate in complete SDLC process (design, development, and support) of tech solutions Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, follow AGILE best practices effectively. Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs Document and demonstrate solutions using technical design docs, diagrams and stubbed code. Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements. Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Actively participate in the production issues resolutions. What Were Looking For: 6+ years of experience in application development experience in the following: .Net Core, C#, React, TypeScript and CSS Expertise with HTML, JavaScript and UI technologies like ReactJS and J Query Data access frameworks like Entity Framework, ADO.NET etc. Strong User Interface building skills Consumption of REST APIs Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Code Whisperer) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality. Proficiency in developing and implementing MCP servers to enable seamless integration between AI assistants and external systems, tools, and data sources. Strong familiarity with agentic AI principles, including autonomous decision-making systems, adaptive learning mechanisms, and intelligent agent architectures that can operate independently while learning from interactions. Advanced skills in prompt engineering techniques and model fine-tuning to optimize AI performance for specific use cases and domain requirements. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge. Understanding and implementation of Data Contracts for reliable data exchange across microservices or domains. Familiarity with serverless, event-driven, and edge computing paradigms for building scalable modern SaaS platforms. Hands-on experience with micro frontend architecture, enabling independent deployment, modular ownership, and better scalability across product teams ideally integrated with AI-driven tooling to scaffold or refactor both front-end and back-end components. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science and/or Certified Development Program.
