Responsibilities Act as an Applications Analyst within the IT department, focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. Implement and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM). Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Provide ongoing support for Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Project modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in diverse industries such as finance, manufacturing, distribution, and BPO. Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide expert guidance on SCM configurations and enhancements. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Oracle ERP best practices. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to drive effective ERP adoption. Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Visual Studio for planning, tracking, and documentation. Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution. Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including ISO 27001 where applicable.
