Security Operations Center Manager / SOC Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and manage a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) focusing on OT environments in renewable energy projects. Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOC procedures, protocols, and policies. Detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents targeting industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure. Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external vendors for risk mitigation and rapid incident response. Monitor threat intelligence and vulnerability data specific to OT environments such as solar, wind, and battery storage. Utilize advanced tools and technologies for proactive threat detection and response. Ensure effective communication of incidents, threat posture, and security status to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and OT security best practices. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks across renewable energy OT networks. Lead, mentor, and train a team of SOC analysts and other security personnel. Enforce tailored cybersecurity measures and controls across all OT infrastructure. Maintain and report detailed documentation of all security incidents, resolutions, and strategic improvements. Provide comprehensive security reports and executive summaries to senior management.
