Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam along with good English communication . Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction in all interactions. Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures.
