Principal Architect - UI/UX

As the Principal Architect - UI/UX at Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric interfaces for our products. Your role will involve creating seamless and engaging user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the UI/UX strategy and implementation. You will innovate and inspire the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality UI/UX solutions. Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall UI/UX strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals. Lead the design team in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across all digital products. Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure their integration into all stages of product development. Design and Development: Oversee the entire design process, from research and concept development to final implementation. Ensure consistency and coherence in the design language across all platforms and products. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Utilize data and analytics to drive design decisions and measure the impact of UI/UX changes. Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design. Introduce innovative design practices and methodologies to enhance the design process. Mentor and guide the design team in adopting new tools and techniques. Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with cross-functional teams. Present design concepts and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between design, development, and product teams. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and others. Proficient in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
