School Success Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic performance to identify at-risk students. Collaborate with teachers and counselors to develop student support plans and interventions. Coordinate tutoring, mentoring, and enrichment programs to enhance student achievement. Engage parents/guardians in student progress and school involvement efforts. Connect students and families with community resources such as mental health services, food assistance, or after-school programs. Organize workshops or events focused on study skills, college readiness, and social-emotional learning. Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and communication. Support school-wide initiatives that promote equity, inclusion, and academic success. Analyze student data and provide regular reports to leadership teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. 2+ years of experience in education, youth development, or student services. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with diverse student populations and stakeholders. Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and track progress. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, School Counseling, or Social Work. Experience with case management or school-based intervention programs. Familiarity with education equity practices and trauma-informed care. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
