Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly content calendars. Create, curate, and publish engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.). Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities. Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and brand-aligned manner. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaigns. Track performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions). Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity. Support paid social ad campaigns, including audience targeting and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite). Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in influencer collaboration and community management. Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media. Understanding of paid media and boosting strategies. Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
