Hr Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Extend job offers and assist with onboarding procedures. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Attend job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment events to attract talent. Provide regular recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on domestic hiring. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
