Sr. Associate - AP

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate - Accounts Payable to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AP processes and efficiency. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Skills and Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong knowledge of AP processes, including invoice processing and payment methods. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
