The Associate - Finance & Accounts - RNI will support the finance team in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances. Assist with audits and tax filings as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
