Key Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors. Support the preparation of investor pitch decks, updates, reports, and due diligence materials. Maintain and update the investor CRM and tracking tools. Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, webinars, and events. Prepare timely responses to investor queries and follow-up communications. Collaborate with finance and executive teams to gather data for reporting and presentations. Monitor market and industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment. Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting obligations. Contribute to fundraising initiatives, including pipeline management and outreach. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of tools like Salesforce, PitchBook, or IR platforms is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information.
