We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive/Sr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage procurement processes and ensure timely availability of materials and services. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels. Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in the development of procurement strategies that align with business objectives. Analyze supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications 2-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
