Senior Naval Architect

We are seeking a Senior Naval Architect to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in naval architecture and marine engineering, with proven experience in designing and developing marine vessels and structures. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet industry standards. Responsibilities Design and develop marine vessels and structures considering safety, performance, and regulatory requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare design proposals for new projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and manufacturing to ensure successful project execution. Perform structural analysis and modeling using advanced engineering software tools. Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders and clients. Oversee the construction and maintenance of vessels to ensure compliance with design specifications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field. 5-6 years of experience in naval architecture or marine design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and naval architecture tools (e.g., Rhino, Maxsurf). Strong knowledge of hydrodynamics, structural analysis, and marine systems. Familiarity with international maritime regulations and standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Project management experience is a plus.
