EAM Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced EAM Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital initiatives in Enterprise Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading digital transformation projects and a deep understanding of EAM solutions. Responsibilities Lead the digital transformation initiatives for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation. Develop and implement strategies for EAM digital solutions, including IoT, data analytics, and predictive maintenance. Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Oversee project management for EAM digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Analyze current EAM processes and systems to recommend technological enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to EAM. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 9-10 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in the EAM domain. Strong understanding of EAM software solutions and their integration with IoT and data analytics. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in change management and organizational transformation. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in asset management.
