SCM Projects Sub-Lead

Job Description We are seeking a motivated SCM Projects Sub-Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support the management of supply chain projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in managing supply chain projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement. Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support the implementation of new supply chain initiatives. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or project management. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
