Primary Responsibilities Establish and manage a schedule of events, encompassing PI Planning and Sprint schedules that adhere to the Milestone standard cadence. Ensuring that the calendar is readily accessible to all Program-level stakeholders. Organize and facilitate PI Planning events, coordinating with all teams within the release train Assist Product Owner in managing team(s) scope and facilitating changes. Manage release plans, communication plans, and risks/issues management plans Lead and facilitate PI Planning, PI Retrospectives, Inspect Adapt events, System Demos, and ART Syncs (including Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync). Compile team objectives into PI Objectives and a Program delivery board that is published and shared for visibility Leverage reporting tools at the Program level to uphold a heightened level of transparency regarding the status of backlogs and ongoing work. Assist in managing risks, dependencies, and observed capacity issues Proactively identify and remove impediments, resolving through peer networks and formal channels Track impediments, ensuring timely escalation, and actively communicate bottlenecks Communicate the status of Feature delivery and work in progress regularly Participate in release planning and coordinate activities for successful releases Coach, mentor, and educate team members on Agile best practices and process improvements Ensure cross-team/product coordination and facilitate backlog completion Collaborate within Communities of Practice to resolve operational issues and drive efficiencies Focus on continuous improvement for the ART, steering it in the right direction Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Agile Release Train. Track and report key metrics related to the performance of the ART Required Skills Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, or Over 2 years of Program Management experience with a practical understanding of SAFe Possession of an Agile Certification from Scrum Alliance, SAFe, or another recognized Agile organization is highly desirable Proven experience in overseeing extensive agile transformations and handling multi-team, multi-product programs in accordance with scaled-Agile methodologies Recent engagement with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and cross-functional teams is essential Practical experience in hands-on software development or software product management is considered advantageous.
