Skills 2-4 years of experience in operational data analytics and visualization Proficiency in Tableau (Desktop, Server, and Prep), MS Excel, and SQL (Oracle, Hive, MySQL ) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights Familiarity with Python, R, or SAS for data analysis and automation Experience with Tableau Server administration and performance tuning Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Knowledge of best practices for data visualization and dashboard performance optimization Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating financial & operational datasets
