Job Title: Content Manager – Performance Marketing Location: Gurugram, Haryana (In-Office) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Content Manager – Performance Marketing to develop and optimize high-performing ad creatives across paid marketing channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creative process—from ideation to execution—while continuously analyzing performance data to refine and improve ad effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Creative Development & Execution: Develop engaging and conversion-driven ad creatives (static, video, GIFs, and copy) tailored for different performance marketing channels Take complete ownership of video ad production - pre-production (script writing, storyboarding), production (set, actors) & post-production (editing & finalization) Collaborate with designers, video editors and performance marketers to ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign goals Stay up-to-date with the latest creative trends and ad formats for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and messaging to optimize ad performance Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on creative performance using platform analytics and third-party tools Identify key trends, insights, and creative learnings to continuously improve ad performance Work closely with performance marketing and growth teams to iterate and refine creative strategies based on data-driven insights Optimize creatives based on engagement metrics, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with the paid media team to align creatives with audience targeting and campaign objectives Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify creative opportunities Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap to maximize the efficiency of ad spend Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing content creation or a similar role Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools is a plus Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad messaging Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into creative improvements Experience running A/B tests and iterating creatives based on performance insights Nice to Have: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Knowledge of programmatic advertising and other performance channels Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation
