These systems support automated risk assessment, case tracking, client communication, dashboard/reporting functionalities, and decision-making processes. You will work closely with business and IT partners to capture requirements, define specifications, test solutions, and support development projects. You'll also contribute to process improvements, standards, and innovation initiatives within the team. Key Responsibilities Analyze and define solutions for complex business needs and transform them into functional and non-functional specifications. Collaborate in crafting risk assessment and decision models . Contribute to conceptualization and innovation of new initiatives. Act as a bridge between business and IT , solving business challenges through technology. Work closely with designers and UX experts to develop prototypes . Participate in Agile ceremonies with development teams. Continuously look for ways to enhance application quality and development processes. Maintain focus on high-quality documentation for requirements and specifications. Support and evolve business analysis standards across the organization. Share knowledge and mentor peers within the team. Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing . Provide business operations support when needed. The team includes business analysts, UI/UX experts, and technology partners, all bringing deep expertise in both reinsurance and IT. About You Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in business analysis with a focus on usability and user-centric design. Independent and proactive thinker who sees the big picture and suggests conceptual solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders. Strong customer focus with the ability to get things done under pressure. Agile software development experience preferred. Familiar with project management methodologies. A reliable team player with interpersonal skills and flexibility. Nice to Have Experience working with outsourcing partners . Familiarity with business rules engines . Background in (re)insurance industry.
