Roles and Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing. ● Perform Data Automation Testing to validate data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrity across multiple systems. ● Create automated tests for complex data transformations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of large data sets. ● Conduct API Automation Testing using Java/Python and RESTful services. ● maintain and assist with the development of the test automation architecture and frameworks. ● Designing and Implementing Test Automation Strategy. ● Support the scrum teams in the design, development, and execution of test cases, and test automation, ensure coverage and completeness of testing as per defined doneness criteria, and maintain both manual and automated tests within the Sprint timelines. ● Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements. ● Creating Automation Test Plans and getting approvals. ● Creating, Organizing, and Managing Test Automation Resources. ● Creating, Enhancing, debugging, and Running Test Scripts. ● Organizing, and monitoring defect management process. ● Identifying solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues. ● ensure scalability of automation and continuous integration across the solution, you will also document test execution issues and deliverables. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Required ● 6+ years of relevant professional experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing, including extensive experience in data testing. ● Proficiency in Java or Python for test automation. ● Must have strong experience with databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries. ● Experience with API Testing using tools such as RestAssured, Postman, or similar frameworks. ● Experience in Web Automation using Selenium or other web Automation tools ● Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, and GIT ● Extraordinary collaboration and organizational skills. ● Exceptional communication and leadership skills. ● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. ● Familiar with UI tools/browser extensions involved in UX Testing. ● Should have experience in cross-browser testing & UI design verification ● Proficient in devising all the artifacts of testing such as Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Reports. ● Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members on automation best practices.
