Description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions according to business requirements. Manage and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design and functional specifications. Provide support for ServiceNow incidents, troubleshooting and resolving issues as necessary. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and platforms using APIs and web services. Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Skills and Qualifications 6-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customization. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.). Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and update sets. Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
