Assistant Manager Projects

Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in project management and should be well-versed with the job market context of India. Responsibilities Manage and oversee various projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure they are executed according to plan Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion Prepare project status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field 3-8 years of experience in project management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of project management tools and techniques Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
