What You Need to Succeed 10+ years as an Enterprise Architect , leading large, complex digital projects with a focus on turnaround and stabilization . Expertise in mobile applications, frontend, backend, and full-stack development . Strong experience in project recovery —leading escalated projects to stability and success. Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams across different locations. Exceptional client management and communication skills . Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities , ensuring architecture decisions align with business needs. Preferred Qualifications Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Experience in digital transformation and large-scale system integration .
