Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Virtual Assistant to support attorneys of a US-based Personal Injury law practice. This role involves a combination of legal documentation and client/stakeholder communication , with approximately 60% documentation and 40% communication . The ideal candidate should have strong US legal experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files . Prepare and manage legal paperwork and case-related documentation. Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders . Coordinate with insurance companies when necessary. Follow up on medical records and other required case documents . Maintain accurate, complete, and organized case files. Support attorneys with ongoing case-related administrative and legal tasks . Monitor case requirements, deadlines, and follow-ups to help ensure cases continue moving forward. Assist with medical records, demand letters, and other Personal Injury case documentation . Perform other legal administrative tasks as assigned. Key Qualifications Law degree is required. 3–5 years of US legal experience. Hands-on experience working in a US law firm or legal environment . Personal Injury law experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of legal fundamentals and US legal procedures. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training . Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple cases/tasks. Demonstrated career stability and consistent employment history. Legal license/registration is preferred, if applicable , but is not necessarily a disqualifier if unavailable. Preferred Experience Candidates with the following background will be highly considered: Personal Injury law experience Experience working with US law firms Exposure to multiple law firms or different legal environments Experience handling medical records and medical provider coordination Experience preparing or supporting demand letters Familiarity with US legal procedures and Personal Injury case workflows Strong hands-on legal knowledge and ability to apply it to day-to-day case management Proven ability to work independently and proactively Apply now and become part of a growing US-based legal practice!
