The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation. The Automation Tester will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities Design, develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools. Analyze test results and report defects to the development team. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and scripts. Participate in test planning and strategy discussions, providing input based on automation capabilities. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Skills and Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or TestComplete. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
