EHS & Material Compliance Specialist . B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) or B.Sc./M.Sc. (Material Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science) . E xperience in EHS Documentation, Material Compliance Responsibilities: Maintain and manage EHS documentation for SME teams across business units Prepare and update: Risk Assessments, LoTo(Lock-Out Tag-Out) documents, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Training materials Support material compliance activities including Regulatory screening and tracking (GADSL, TSCA, REACH), Monitoring regulatory updates Prepare customer compliance documentation (non-IMDS) Maintain compliance tracking systems and ensure documentation accuracy Support audit readiness and compliance checks Coordinate with R&D SMEs and cross-functional teams Ensure adherence to defined EHS and compliance processes Support continuous improvement in compliance documentation workflows . Strong analytical and documentation skills . Proficiency in English and German ( Intermediate or Advanced) (Must) . Understanding of: EHS processes, material compliance regulations (REACH, TSCA, GADSL)] . Expertise in PLM / Document Management Systems . Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
