The selected candidates will review patient medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using standard coding systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Review patient medical records and clinical documentation. Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on physician documentation. Ensure coding accuracy while complying with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations. Maintain productivity and quality standards. Identify documentation gaps and escalate coding queries when required. Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies. Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and industry standards. Collaborate with quality assurance and training teams to improve coding accuracy. Eligibility B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or M.Sc. Nursing. Freshers are welcome to apply. Good understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
