What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in SAP Time Recording / CATS / My Timesheet. Understanding of time sheet, labor confirmation, and cost allocation processes. Experience in AMS/support environment. Knowledge of integration with HR / CO / Project Systems is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and user support skills. Good communication skills in English. What you'll do: Provide operational support for SAP My Timesheet application. Handle incidents related to: Time entry errors Approval workflows Data inconsistencies · Support hours: EU time zone, primarily 8x5. (If customer has any major change, release or urgent issue, working out of service hours could be expected.) Support users on timesheet submission and corrections. Monitor system interfaces and data transfers. Perform basic configuration and maintenance tasks. Work with HR/Finance teams for issue resolution. Ensure system availability and SLA compliance. Document issues and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
