Complete process design of 1.Produced Water Treatment Plant (PWTP): 1.1 Design of PWTP with Oil removal, polishing, sludge treatment and flare system. Oil removal includes primarily IGF (Induced Gas Floatation), Dissolved Gas Floatation (DGF) etc. Polishing units comprising of Nut-shell filers. Sludge treatment includes complete handling and disposal system. These sludge are only those separated out during the operation of oil removal units and polishing units. Flare includes required gas handling system in connection with IGF and DGF operation Person should be able to generate design deliverables for complete pre-bid and post-bid engineering: 1. Process Design Calculation 2. Hydraulic Calculation 3. Mechanical Equipment List 4. Civil Unit List 5. Electrical Load List 6. Input for Instrument range 7. Process Flow Diagram 8. Mass Balance Diagram 9. Hydraulic Flow Diagram 10. Process & Instrumentation Diagram 11. Plant Layout 12. General Arrangement Drawing 13. Hazardous Area Classification Drawing 14. Chemical, Power and Utility Guarantee 15. Preparation of RFQ 16. Vendor offer Evaluation & Selection 17. Technical Data Sheets 18. Process Design Basis Report 19. Operation and Control Philosophy 20.
