Purpose the Role: To drive HR Processes and Policies for HCL SW LOB as per the HR Plan and contribute to achievement of delivery goals. Key Responsibilities Work with Business to meet business objectives through HR interventions. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the Service Line. Guide and support in employee performance evaluation, staffing, training and development Work with HR CoEs in developing LOB specific plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, training & development Conduct periodic audits across BU to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and CoE processes. Collate audit findings, analyze the same and prepare reports on the findings. Prepare reports periodically for the CoE review with the Senior Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Inter-personal competencies Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Verbal & written communication and presentation skills Aptitude & passion for both strategy formulation and program execution Organized and methodical Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions
