International Customer Support

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers from global markets by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support through voice, chat, or email channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries via calls. * Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards. * Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and processes. * Ensure timely follow-up and effective issue resolution. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. * Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. * Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction. Requirements: HSC/Graduate can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency. Willingness to work in rotational or fixed international shifts.
