Role: SCCM Job Requirements* • Hands on working experience of End User Computing/Desktop Support (Windows & MAC ) SCCM, Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment. • Good Understanding of ITSM process • Responsible for leading the technical team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables per ITIL (incidents, SR, CR etc.) • Escalation for End user computing issues and complains received from business users. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders by having periodic reviews of overall end user computing service delivery. • Effort analysis, work allocation, resource planning and optimization. • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports (internal and to client) Infra Implementation and Rollout - MECM + Trellix ePO + Intel EMA Key Responsibilities* - Good understanding of IT infrastructure tools like Intune, EMA, MDM - Vulnerability management - Hands-on experience in Powershell scripting - Hands-on experience in WDS, managing PXE - Proactive monitoring and strong follow-up practices to ensure overall compliance - Hands-on experience in Intune / AutoPilot - Understanding on latest technologies and their applications - Motivational behavior among team is appreciated - Ready to accept new changes in process or pro
