Purpose: - We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to manage our daily HR operations, recruitment, and legal compliance. In this role, you will handle the full employee lifecycle for our Ahmedabad office while coordinating directly with the HR team at our US parent company, Alpine Health. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, handling onboarding and exiting formalities, maintaining employee records, and organizing monthly office activities. Responsibilities: - Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Prepare and update job descriptions for all roles. Post jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals. Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines. Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for new hires. Conduct joining formalities: offer letters, appointment letters, ID creation, documentation. Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees. Plan and execute monthly engagement activities, celebrations, and team‑building events. Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files. Manage attendance, leave records, and biometric systems. Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly HR summaries. Handle exit formalities: resignation acceptance, F&F coordination, exit interviews. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws Maintain statutory registers and support HR audits. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns. Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration. 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles. Good understanding of Indian HR laws and compliance. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with senior management. High level of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism. Experience in recruitment and statutory compliance is mandatory. Working Hours: - Mondays to Fridays- 12 PM - 9 PM Saturdays- 3 PM-9 PM
