Job Description: 1. Provide expert understanding and application of electrical vehicle systems in design and support functions. 2. Monitor and analyze field complaints related to electrical vehicle systems, offering proactive support for resolution. 3. Segregate reported cases based on complexity and assign them to appropriate agencies, RTSMs, or COC teams. 4. Track the progress of assigned jobs and complaints diligently to ensure timely and effective closure. 5. Ensure all complaint resolutions adhere strictly to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics. 6. Identify and document new failure modes encountered in the field, providing comprehensive feedback to design and development teams. 7. Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex vehicle issues and prepare detailed technical reports. 8. Develop and implement strategies for improving vehicle diagnostics and field support processes. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate field insights into future product design and enhancements. 10. Act as a subject matter expert for vehicle diagnostic capabilities and the application of diagnostic systems. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Proven experience (6-13 years) in electrical vehicle system design, development, or field support. 2. In-depth understanding of vehicle diagnostic capabilities and practical application of diagnostic tools and equipment. 3. Strong knowledge of CAN UDS protocols and VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) development for High Voltage (HV) systems. 4. Demonstrated ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and generate clear, concise technical reports. 5. Experience in monitoring, managing, and resolving field complaints for complex automotive systems. 6. Proficiency in segregating and assigning tasks, and tracking them to successful closure within defined timelines. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
