Airfreight Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist to support our growing logistics operations in Airfreight Coordinator. This role ensures smooth end-to-end shipment execution while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and delivering high-quality customer service. Client is based in Middle East - Flexible with working hours and operational requirements. Role Description Coordinate and manage air freight import and export shipments from origin to destination Arrange bookings with airlines and overseas agents Prepare, process, and verify shipping documentation (AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, customs documents) Ensure accurate data entry and shipment tracking using CargoWise Liaise with customers, airlines, customs brokers, and overseas partners to resolve issues and provide shipment updates Monitor shipment schedules, manage exceptions, and proactively address delays Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs Calculate charges, raise invoices, and ensure accurate costing and billing Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication and reliable service. Job Requirement Proven experience in air freight coordination or freight forwarding Strong working knowledge of international air freight operations (imports and/or exports) Hands-on experience using CargoWise Solid understanding of freight documentation and customs processes Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously With AOG experience Open for Shifting schedule - based on clients need
