Business Analyst_Operations_Power BI

This position will be responsible for building & maintaining best in class data analytics solutions and visualizations using Power Bi and other BI tools. The incumbent will also share Server Management responsibilities, including contents, data sources, users, sites, etc. Functional Responsibilities • Partner teams across the department in developing best-in-class analytics and visualization • Manage Servers (Sites/Workbooks/Views/Users/Data Sources) • Ensuring highest level of quality in all deliverables • Communicating effectively to all the stakeholders • Developing dashboards in Power BI • Creation and testing of new and existing workbook artifacts • Maintaining up to date documentation for each process • Single POC for business, prior to escalation • Understanding Business Needs by engaging with stakeholders to understand their objectives, KPIs, and business challenges that need to be addressed. • Should possess solid Excel and Power BI knowledge and good knowledge of Python, R etc., to ideate and drive efficiency projects. • Should be updated with latest tools and technologies that can be used to drive process improvement projects • Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
