Job Description Role Automation Lead / QA Lead Required Technical Skill Set Good knowledge of Automation and Software Testing Desired Experience Range 12+ years of experience in Software Testing using Automation tools like Selenium Must-Have 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing using Selenium Leading a QA team, defining test automation strategy, designing and implementing frameworks, mentoring juniors, collaborating with Dev/cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality software delivery using CI/CD, all while managing risks and reporting business value. Excellent English skills, both spoken and written. Working collaboratively and helping cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side. Good-to-Have Manufacturing domain experience mostly in MES CM MES Configuration, testing, Documentation Good communication skills Able to work independently and have leadership skills. Customer-oriented and committed to working systematically under tight schedules. Develop and produce technical reports, process flow diagrams and documentation in support of design and developments. Innovate, propose new ideas and define the technical approach to challenging problems. Expectations from the Role Define test automation strategy, build frameworks and ensures test coverage Mentors QA Engineers and make sure team is able to work without any obstacles.
