Proven track record in developing low-latency, high-throughput applications with optimized performance through advanced memory management, thread optimization, and strategic data structure implementation. Legacy System Modernization: Proven ability to rapidly analyze and comprehend legacy application codebases with minimal guidance. Skilled in architecting modernized solutions leveraging industry-standard design patterns and best practices to enhance maintainability and scalability. Spring Framework: Proficient in Spring Boot development with comprehensive understanding of Spring Core principles and dependency injection patterns. Desirable Skillsets/ Good To Have Messaging & Middleware Technologies Hands-on experience with JMS and enterprise messaging platforms, including Solace and Kafka, for building robust asynchronous communication systems. DevOps & Build Tools Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and build automation tools (Gradle, Maven). Unix/Linux Solid command-line proficiency with Unix-based systems and shell scripting capabilities. This role will be based out of Pune. Purpose of the role To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
