Hiring For:- Appian Architect Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 13yrs Key Responsibilities Design and architect end-to-end Appian-based solutions. Lead Appian application development, deployment, and support activities. Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and security standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for Appian applications. Integrate Appian with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, databases, and messaging services. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning activities. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams. Ensure adherence to Appian development standards, governance, and compliance requirements. Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex application issues. Required Skills Strong experience in Appian BPM Platform (Appian 20.x/21.x/22.x/23.x or above). Expertise in: Process Models SAIL Interface Design Records Reports CDTs Expression Rules Appian Objects Experience with Appian integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and databases. Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Appian Level 2 or Senior Developer Certification. Appian Architect Certification (preferred). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and deployment automation. Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, or other integration technologies.
