This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has successfully built pharmaceutical businesses, driven strategic growth, and led large, cross-functional teams. As the Vertical Head (President), you will have complete ownership of the business—from shaping long-term strategy and driving commercial excellence to strengthening market leadership and delivering sustainable growth. With full P&L responsibility, you will work closely with leadership teams across the organization to accelerate business performance and build the next phase of growth. What You'll Be Responsible For Define and execute the long-term business strategy for the Acute Therapy portfolio. Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and business expansion. Lead strategic marketing, portfolio management, and brand-building initiatives. Develop annual business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies. Identify new product opportunities and lead successful product launches. Own the complete P&L for the business vertical. Provide strategic leadership to the Pan-India sales organization. Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and institutional stakeholders. Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless execution. Champion commercial excellence, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation. Team You'll Lead 3 Business Heads (HODs) 1,426-member Pan-India field force (ZHs, SMs, ABMs & Field Officers) 20-member Product Management Team Business Size: Approximately ₹22 Crore What We're Looking For MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Management, or an equivalent qualification. 18–25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing. 10–15 years of leadership experience managing large pharmaceutical businesses. Strong expertise in Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Business Planning, Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, and P&L Management. A proven track record of scaling Acute Therapy brands and leading large, high-performing teams.
