Job Title: Manager – SAP FI CO S/4HANA Consultant Client Industry: Manufacturing Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 8 – 12 Years CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager – SAP FI CO S/4HANA Consultant with deep functional expertise across SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Treasury Management, Advanced Financial Closing, Advanced Receivable Management, and SAP Project System (PS) while driving end-to-end SAP Finance transformation initiatives. This role requires a finance domain expert capable of leading solution design, collaborating with business stakeholders, managing implementation projects, and delivering scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions that support strategic business objectives within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities SAP FI (Finance) Design, configure, and support SAP FI modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Withholding Tax (WHT) FI Period-End Closing Lead month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Ensure statutory compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements. Support financial reporting and regulatory compliance. SAP CO (Controlling) Configure and support: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Internal Orders (IO) Product Costing Material Ledger Cost Estimates Work in Progress (WIP) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Margin Analysis (Universal Journal Based) Responsibilities include: Building cost allocation structures Product costing configuration Profitability reporting Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Supporting manufacturing finance processes Treasury & Advanced Finance Implement and support: Treasury Management Cash Management Liquidity Management Bank Communication Management Treasury Risk Management (where applicable) Advanced Financial Closing Financial Close Automation Closing Cockpit Financial Closing Process Optimization Advanced Receivable Management Credit Management Collections Management Dispute Management Receivables Reporting SAP Project System (PS) Support SAP Project System integration with Finance. Configure project budgeting, settlements, cost planning, and project accounting. Integrate PS with FI/CO modules for project cost monitoring and reporting. Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and Solution Design Workshops. Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation activities using SAP Activate/Agile methodologies. Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, PS, and external integration teams. Drive UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-production support. Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to functional teams. Prepare solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents. Required Skills & Experience 8–12 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting experience. Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects . Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Educational Qualification Mandatory CA (Chartered Accountant) OR MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
