Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills to expand our market footprint, nurture corporate relationships, and drive end-to-end sales cycles for complex industrial piping and chemical storage infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Client & Project Management: Actively meet industrial clients, identify greenfield/brownfield projects, and engage directly with technical and purchase departments to generate inquiries. • Full Sales Cycle Management: Prepare and dispatch tailored commercial quotations, handle technical and commercial queries, negotiate contracts, and successfully close strategic deals. • Financial Accountability: Secure business viability by taking full accountability for payment tracking and commercial collections. • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research to identify upcoming industry trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and track regional industrial shifts. Candidate Profile & Requirements Education & Experience (Must-Have) • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B Industrial Sales & Marketing. • Education: Background in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred). Preferred Technical Knowledge • Prior experience or technical familiarity with marketing FRP / GRP / FRV products, industrial pipelines, or chemical storage vessels. • Established exposure to the Chemical, Power, Petrochemical, Refineries, or Plastic processing industries. Core Competencies (Soft Skills) • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and active listening capabilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with senior procurement and corporate technical heads. • Resilience and adaptability required for extensive regular travel to client sites across and outside the Mumbai region.
