Recruitment Consultant - APAC

Description We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant(IT) to join our team in India, focusing on the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the hiring landscape in the Singapore & Malaysia market. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the Singapore, Malaysia, etc region. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and salary negotiations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Skills and Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, mandatory in the APAC region. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Should be well versed in using Foundit, Linkedin Recruiter, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
