Responsibilities Manage and oversee the life insurance portfolio to ensure profitability and growth. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance life insurance products. Monitor portfolio performance and report on key metrics to senior management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and internal teams. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in financial modeling and portfolio management software. Understanding of life insurance products and the regulatory landscape in India. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
