Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Duck Creek Policy Administration (Policy) . Configure and enhance Duck Creek Policy components including Product Studio, Manuscripts, Forms, Rules, and Workflows. Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and maintain policy transaction functionalities such as New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, and Reinstatements. Integrate Duck Creek applications with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks. Perform unit testing, defect fixes, code reviews, and deployment support. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in Duck Creek Policy Administration development . Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Product Studio, Author, Express, and Policy modules. Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, XML, XSLT , and Web Services. Experience in configuration and customization of Duck Creek solutions. Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance business processes. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Duck Creek certification is highly preferred. Experience working on Personal Lines or Commercial Lines insurance products. Exposure to Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) cloud environment. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins. Nice to Have Experience with Duck Creek Billing or Claims modules. Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and product configuration.
