We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with strong expertise in Linux Administration, Middleware Operations, and JBoss Administration . Job Details: Role: Service Manager Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai / Pune Key Skills: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) JBoss EAP / WildFly Administration Kubernetes OpenShift Container Platform Microsoft Azure Middleware Administration ITIL Service Management Incident, Problem & Change Management SLA/KPI Management Key Responsibilities: Ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of Linux and JBoss middleware environments. Manage end-to-end service delivery across development, testing, and production environments. Administer Red Hat Linux and JBoss EAP/WildFly, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. Lead production incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures. Govern production changes, middleware releases, and deployment activities while ensuring compliance with ITIL processes. Monitor infrastructure health and application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, OEM, Nagios, and Splunk. Lead and mentor middleware support teams while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Ensure adherence to security standards, vulnerability remediation, access management, and compliance requirements. Preferred Skills: Experience in BFSI or enterprise production support environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Exposure to automation and cloud-native platforms. Experience managing onshore/offshore support teams.
