Head – Project Management Office

About the Project Madala Holdings Limited is developing a landmark Grade A+ commercial office tower in HITEC City, Hyderabad. The project includes multiple basement levels, advanced parking systems, premium MEP and façade systems, and targets IGBC / LEED Platinum certification . The Head – PMO will join at a formative stage and lead the project through design, approvals, construction, and handover. Role Overview The Head – PMO will be the owner's senior-most on-ground representative, reporting directly to senior management/board. This is a pure owner-side leadership role , responsible for driving consultants, PMC, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality asset on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Act as single-point accountability for end-to-end project delivery Lead and manage PMC, architects, MEP, structural, façade, landscape, fire, and green building consultants Review and challenge architectural, structural, and MEP designs for constructability, cost, and performance Drive statutory approvals with GHMC, HMDA, Fire, AAI, SEIAA, TS-bPASS Own master project schedule, cost control, and risk mitigation Lead design coordination, progress reviews, and issue resolution Ensure delivery of Grade A+ standards, parking strategy, floor efficiency, and sustainability targets Support contractor/vendor selection and governance processes Provide clear, decision-ready updates to management Eligibility & Experience Education: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or B.Arch (Mandatory) Preferred: PMP or Master's in Construction / Project Management Experience: 15–20 years overall experience in real estate/construction 8–10 years in senior PMO / Project Head / Program Director roles Led at least one Grade A / A+ commercial office project (5–10 lakh sq. ft.) from design to handover Strong experience in Hyderabad/Telangana statutory ecosystem preferred Exposure to multi-basement projects, stack parking, and green certifications (IGBC/LEED) Technical Expertise Strong ability to review GFC drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP) Knowledge of high-rise RCC construction, basements, façade systems, and premium MEP Familiarity with BIM coordination, EVM, CPI/SPI, and progress reporting Understanding of Telangana building regulations, RERA, and ECBC Leadership Attributes Strong commercial and governance mindset Independent decision-maker with high integrity Excellent communication with senior stakeholders Ability to firmly but professionally manage consultants and PMCs Engagement Model Full-time leadership role OR Senior retained consultant Open to both structures for the right candidate Location Hyderabad – On-site presence required (HITEC City)
