Role Overview: Turing is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to build modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. You'll work with Node.js/Nest.js and a modern frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue) to implement features, improve code quality and testing, and contribute to datasets and evaluation pipelines that align LLM behavior with real-world user needs. This is a remote, flexible consulting role with up to $100/hr compensation — a unique opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to frontier AI challenges. What You'll Do: Build and maintain high-quality JS/TS services and UIs for AI training and evaluation. Design and run evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales and improvements. Collaborate on SFT/RLHF dataset creation and process refinement. Conduct code reviews and raise quality standards across the stack. What We're Looking For: Advanced JS/TS (ES6+) skills; strong with Node.js/Nest.js and at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue). Proven ability in web app architecture, testing discipline, and code readability. Familiarity with scalable, modular full-stack development. BS/MS in CS/Engineering (or equivalent).
