Als HR Manager maak je deel uit van het Plant Management Team en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Plant Director. Jouw rol als HR Manager Als HR Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige HR-beleid en het menselijk kapitaal binnen de site: Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert het volledige HR-beleid en de belangrijkste HR-processen : rekrutering, onboarding & offboarding, talentontwikkeling, performance management en verloning. Je bouwt actief mee aan een positieve bedrijfscultuur en zet initiatieven op rond welzijn en engagement. Je adviseert management en plantleiding rond sociale en arbeidswetgeving en volgt wijzigingen proactief op. Je onderhoudt en beheert de sociale relaties , neemt deel aan OR en CPBW en stuurt de syndicale delegatie aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor payroll, personeelsadministratie en HR-budget . Je coacht en stuurt twee ervaren HR Officers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte HR-werking. Masterdiploma met focus op mens en organisatie Minstens 10 jaar relevante HR-leiderschapservaring , bij voorkeur in een operationele of productieomgeving Sterke ervaring in sociale relaties en sociale wetgeving Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels Analytisch, stressbestendig en discreet in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke dossiers
